Many names are used for the Chevra Kadisha: Funeral Society, Holy Brotherhood or even Holy Society. Just like Bikkur Cholim is dedicated to the caring for the sick, the Chevra Kadisha is a crucial part of any lifely jewish community.

While there will be a chess tournament in the Comunity Center the Soccer Cup will be held in the Ostragehege for amateur soccer players from in and around Dresden. With these two sportive events and a celebration in our courtyard between New Synagogue and Community Center we want to open up
